DO NOT USE. I am not a very happy customer, no extraction method. Dirt still in carpet. I used a paper towel to blot an area and so much dirt still came up. I had to use my WalMart Bissell to get the residual dirt up. Refund requested.
�Do NOT Use this Person!!! WARNING � There was no communication once he got here he just got started and then asked for the money once he texted me the “invoice” which was nothing but the total we owed him. We paid him $160 to come and vacuum our carpets spray water on it and then leave, we walked in took our shoes off and the carpets were still dirty, so he just created mud, my husband called SAM Early the owner and he told my husband to bad so sad. No refund, didn’t offer to actually come and our carpets. So Don’t waste your $$$$$ on this guy. Also, he looks like he had been drinking all day.
Sam did an INCREDIBLE job cleaning the carpets in my whole house. He also cleaned 3 pieces of furniture for us. I highly recommend this company. He was very thorough, very knowledgeable and made sure the job was done right. Sam was also very friendly with great customer service! Thank you Earley's Carpet Cleaning!
