What a joke! GE takes 0 accountability for their shoddy equipment and will send over some of the worst repair personnel who are unreliable and non communicative. Brand new washer bought from Lowe’s and installed on Sept 13 still doesn’t operate as of today Nov 11 and we’ve had to ask for different repair technician after having the misfortune of being assigned with Eagle! This tech had 0 idea of how to properly diagnose the issue and just wasted 2 weeks of everyone’s time to replace a lock switch that wasn’t even the root cause of the problem!

Our LG refrigerator had stopped cooling completely and was still under warranty. Eagle Appliance was the only repair service to accept the job from LG. The technician called first thing in the morning, gave us a time frame and showed up on time. He had to drive 135 miles to our home on a Saturday which ended up being an even longer drive with traffic because we live in a resort town. Harry was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and repaired our refrigerator in a very timely manner.

I normally don’t write bad reviews but this company really disappointed me. Lowes sent this company out to my house and the technician told me to call him if I have any problems. I called the next day to tell him the problem got worse and he said he will come back. I knew he was lying because I heard in his voice! He never showed up and I kept calling to find another available date he can come back but he sent me right to voicemail. It now a week later I still don’t have food in my refrigerator. Before he came, at least I had bottles of water with a chill and my water is hot! This company os the worse and an inconvenience

LG should ban this company for working with them. Their communication with the customer is trash and they will dodge your calls when you reach out to them. They never completed the job and will give you the run around until you eventually go with another company. LG sent out another authorized contractor and they did the job in one visit. I don't know how these guys are still in business.

We have a brand new dryer with a problem and logged a call with Bodewell/GE Appliance repair, was assigned to Eagle Appliance Repair. They no showed the appointment and when we try to reach the technician, it goes to voicemail. Whether they are good or not, I don't know. Showing up is probably a good first step to determining quality of repairs.
