Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. I hired Yanez/DYZ plumbing to install a new sewage line and plumbing for a closet converted to a half bath. The project went great and I could not be happier with the result. Yanez was extremely knowledgeable and was able to make our vision come true while also providing his own recommendations. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the whole process with every member of the team. I would highly recommend DYZ plumbing/Yanez to anyone looking for plumbing work and will definitely be using them in the future if needed.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. DYZ did an AMAZING job taking care of a gas line inspection. They took the time to come out and provided a free estimate for the actual cost of the job, not just a fluffy number over the phone. They were able to coordinate with the city for the permit, gas line test, and inspection all in the same day. The gas company is a complete pain, but DYZ came out a second time to correct the gas company's laziness and get the job 100% completed. Super friendly, super helpful, and very responsive.
