Brianah went above and beyond to help me today! She was friendly, helpful and helped get my fan fixed. She explained many things to me about my products at home and answered all my questions. Dyson is lucky to have her and I hope she helps me again!!!
My Dyson Supersonic hairdryer stopped working spontaneously and I took it to this shop. The repair service rep took it to the back for approximately 5 minutes and came back saying it was not repairable due to a complete malfunction. My warranty had run out six months ago. I called Dyson and due to this report they were unable to help me or to look at the device. I use my hairdryer about 3-4 times a week, and there was no reason for this "complete failure." I gave it to my husband to look at, who is not a hairdryer repair expert. He watched a few videos on YouTube and ordered 2 parts on amazon and my hairdryer works good as new. Do better...
