What an amazing little shop this is! Great service and immediate help. I was told to try this shop and boy am I glad I did. Erica was so compassionate regarding my situation and the guys there were able to fix my throttle actuator that went out as a result of my battery needing to be replaced a week before. When it rains it pours. I am a single senior without help and they rescued me from being without my car . I highly recommend this shop. Very professional and honest. Very fair priced too. It took them 9 months to get me my truck back. I had just put new spark plug wires in before I dropped it off and I was told that they were not new and they replaced them and charged me for it. My driver’s side window button was broken and my tow hitch was stolen and replaced with a bent one with a screwdriver in the pin slot. My truck is running better though thus two stars.

Took my jeep there cause it was over heating. They changed radiator fluid, and replaced radiator charged me $250. Erika who works in office wasn't in she asked me to pay the worker cash and would send the invoice via email. Next day jeep overheats again. I call, Erika says they changed fluid and new radiator cap but bring it back for recheck. OK I will be there a 3pm. I arrive no one's there shop is all locked up. They aren't answering the phone and of course no work order receipt. Not good service.

Came in to get me ECU checked out on my van and they were able to successfully diagnose the issue and fix in within a week when I was ready to give up all hope, and they gave me a reasonable price for it too. The only issue is they gave me a quote for rebuilding my transmission and now every time I try to call them to set up the appointment they never answer or it says call failed. Great work they do but the customer service could use some work. But I definitely recommend coming here if you’re able to actually get a hold of them.

What is crazy are these high stars, must be friends doing it! If 0 stars were a choice I would have chosen it. They do not have licensed mechanics yet charge 125 an hour... a simple oil change is a rip off since oil is not even included in the oil change price..also she says she will send you an invoice email(she never set it) instead of giving you one on the spot. .. also I paid cash so maybe that had something to do with why I never saw an itemized invoice..
