First off Jim the owner is a straight shooter !! I've dealt with other repair shops in the area an not only are they over priced they don't no what thier doing ! From the first day I brought my car in for Jim to look at he spent numerous hours with me explaining what's needs to be fix An how he was going to fix it . Jim at Dynamic Transmission rebuilt the 48RE transmission in my 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 with the 5.9L Cummins diesel. The truck shifts and drives better than ever! He is an experienced expert that quickly earned my trust and did great work on my truck. Jim takes the extra time to do things right and pays careful attention to every detail. He always kept me updated on the project and was (and still is!) more than willing to answer all of my questions. I was blown away to read all of the 5-star reviews that customers of Dynamic Transmission had posted. Word of mouth is very important, so I called the garage in the morning. Jim, the mechanic, took valuable time conversing with me over the phone to find out the transmission problems I was experiencing and the steps we would take to try to correct them. Not only was he able to check my car out the same day, he quickly found the problem, and explained in detail the correct actions to take.
