We have had an excellent experience with Justin at Dynamic. He has been very responsive to our needs and really helped us solve a unique ducting challenge in our roof. He went beyond the basics and created an impressive solution and personally installed it in our home. Great guy. And Megan in the business office has been superb as well. We met the folks from Dynamic at a home show and decided to give them try. The tech came to perform maintenance on our unit and did a great job. Prompt and professional with good communication from both the tech and the office personnel. Zachary, our tech, noticed a couple things with the unit that may have been unnoticed or neglected by previous provider. He clearly explained everything, and with no salesman pressure made suggestions on future service to help our unit last longer. A couple months later, we decided to have Dynamic proceed with the extra work on the unit. Our tech came back and was on time with great communication. We highly... Nate was super friendly and informative! Didn't feel like a typical sales guy experience. Gave me lots of different options and is willing to go above and beyond to find something that'll work for me, my house, and my budget. Got lucky and got a free 1 year plan just for going to the home show!
My winter check-up visit by the technician was very quick and concise. Recommendations were straightforward and made sense without upselling or pressure. The 5-year service plan offered was reasonable. I look forward to them servicing my heating and air conditioning in the upcoming years. Super nice friendly people when you call, and scheduling is quick.
