if there is a No-Star rating, i would rate it as NO-STAR, but had to put 1-star to enable posting. Never ask Mr. Pete peters for an estimate of dog chain link enclosure. I had txt him , emailed him & even spoke to him personally on the phone. He confirmed having received the txt message, as well as my email to his business email address. Yet 17 days later, NO REPLY. Not even a courteous word to mention if the requested estimate can be done or not. This business must will only listen if your expected dollar estimate is 4- figures & above, but if the estimate is less than this, don't expect it. they won't even waste an ink nor a second to reply.
