Dutille's is top notch! I recently brought some inherited pieces to them to have the stones reset. They were excellent in turning my ideas into a setting that would last a lifetime. Cheryl assisted me and she was amazing and fun to work with. I am so pleased with the two rings they made for me. The level of quality is superb. This is where you want to go. Period.
We went to Dutille’s looking for an engagement ring and wedding bands. They were very friendly and professional. After looking at the rings they had on display, we decided we really wanted a slight variation from one of the ring sets they showed us. They offered to create a custom ring set for us that would give us exactly what we were looking for, and were genuinely excited and passionate about the project. Within a couple days, they presented a design with a quote that met our tight timeline and at a cost that was better than the display ring it was based on. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Beau and the rest of the team at Dutille's! They made creating my dream wedding band an absolute joy and I could not be happier with the final product - my phone camera hardly does it justice, but it is exactly as shown in the mockup Beau did!! Communication throughout the project was second to none and everything was handled with the utmost care, while still being incredibly efficient. Not to mention the continued service I received with a cleaning just before our wedding and soldering my engagement ring and wedding band together after. I won't go anywhere else after this experience!
