Frances, Bradley, and the team at Dunwell Structural Repair did an outstanding job installing a sump pump and dehumidifier in our crawlspace. It’s been a few months now, and everything is working perfectly. The project was completed efficiently and at a reasonable price. We’re very grateful for their help and highly recommend their services to anyone in need!
Dunwell encapsulated our crawlspace for us. Price was reasonable and workmanship was what was agreed upon and expected. Thicker woven membrane was used than the other three companies who quoted the job. The rest of the specifications were the same. Highly recommend them for this type of job.
The craftsmanship is above and beyond expectations and we are extremely happy with the quality of work andaterials. Our biggest issue is the timeline which I understand can be unpredictable due to unforseen issues at other jobs but from the time we signed the quote to install day we waited 2.5 months which was a lot longer than we were happy with waiting since some of the repairs were structural. Overall we are happy with the company and might use them again if the work needed is not time sensitive
The nicest, most professional folks I have ever worked with. There was an unforeseen delay in starting my project and Frances kept me informed and up to date regularly until they actually started. Tripp and his workmen were extremely personable and knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. I could not recommend them more highly.
I had a very good experience with Dunwell installing a French drain and sump pump in my basement. I felt this team was very professional, experts in what they were doing, and very competitively priced. I would definitely use them again for future needs.
