Dunn Vacuum Center

This vacuum sales and repair business is a great asset to the Dunn area. The proprietors know vacuums, both vintage models and contemporary styles. I am most impressed with their skill and resources to repair vacuums from the 1990s. Ken restored a Filter Queen for me and a Royal canister vacuum for my son. In both cases, the motors had simply died. He found motors and installed them for a very reasonable fee each time. My mother had me drop off these vacuums. They have been here one week with no communication. My mother calls to check on them. I then go in person to check on them. They can not find the vacuums when I get there. Ask me what type of vacuums they are. And then proceed to tell me they aren't ready. This place, their way of conducting business, and their unorganized inventory/staff makes me second guess their ethics.

If I could give this vacuum repair center “0” stars, I would, because that’s exactly the service I received — nothing! I diagnosed the problem and showed them what my Dyson DC-50 needed. They had my vacuum for 3 months, and whenever I called they said the part had been ordered but had not been received. I finally picked it up with nothing repaired! They didn’t even call to let me know of any issue they were having getting the part. I had to call several times to find out the status of my vacuum!

This is by far the very best place to find anything you want or need for your new or used vacuum! When I tell you this man has it, he has ALL! Bags, hoses,handles,a missing bolt, a cover that may have cracked, or just another vacuum all together. Hey, need a steam cleaner, shop vac, yep he's got you covered. Go check him out!
