Extremely happy with Duncan’s Window & Door! Jeremy was great with our quote and with explaining the entire process. They were very comparable to the other companies that came out for quotes. Just had a new front door, storm door and patio door installed by Duncan. The salesman Jeremy we worked with was very professional and came out twice to meet with us to make sure we were happy. Also lots of texts back and forth to assure what we were getting was correct. The installers went above and beyond doing other repairs that were found after removing old frames etc...I highly recommend Duncan for your door and window needs. A bonus Duncan was about 1/2 the price of another local door and window company.
The men were friendly and kind. Worked quickly and expertly to get my windows replaced. They understood what was needed to put new windows in my very old house. When they encountered a challenge, we discussed the options and it came out beautifully. What a great team! I highly recommend them.
