Renovating one of our rental properties in Stephens City and wanted to get the ducts cleaned before the new HVAC goes in. I called around for quotes and was honestly shocked—either no one answered, I was put on a two-week waitlist, or the prices were sky-high. Then I found Olcese with Ductclean1974 Not only did he answer right away, but he gave me a quote the same day and showed up the next morning to get it done. Super affordable, super knowledgeable, and just an all-around pro. He also offers dryer vent cleaning, UV light air purification systems, and more. If you’re in the area and need duct work done, give Olcese a call. Highly recommen... Read full review

Totally satisfied with service to have my dryer vent cleaned! Carlo did an excellent job, explained what needed to be done with every step. He was very quick to answer all texts & was very punctual with appointment time. Will highly recommend to friends & neighbors. Very Professional & Honest. Will definitely use Ductclean1974 when it comes time to clean my chimney.

DuctClean1974 was quick to get back to me when first reaching out. I immediately chose them after they quoted a much more affordable price compared to others, and seeing the reviews from their previous clients. Carlo was friendly, efficient and focused on making sure my vents were in great shape. After he left I have never felt so much air flow in my 75 year old house. Highly recommend, and thanks Carlo for having to deal with 4 dogs!

Carlos cleaned my interior ductwork in 2023 and did a great job at a reasonable price, so I called him back 6/25 to clean my dryer vent. He also cleaned and fixed a leaky bathroom vent. He also trimmed my dryer's vent hose to the wall, which had too many bends and was producing an error message on my new dryer. All of this was done at reasonable prices. I highly recommend Duct Clean service.
