I currently live in a DTN Management community (Stone Falls), and I truly couldn’t be happier. The apartment is spacious, the amenities are well‑maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and community‑oriented. My neighbors and the staff are very friendly, which makes it feel like home. The team here is wonderful—maintenance is always quick and responsive, and the leasing manager, Jonah, is exceptional! He’s always available to answer questions, offer support, and go above and beyond in every interaction. I’m genuinely grateful for this community and the people who make it such a great place to live!

I have been a resident of Stone Falls of Ada for two years. It is a very welcoming and well maintained community. The management team is professional, knowledgeable, and responds promptly to issues. Jonah V. recently went above and beyond to solve a technology issue I was experiencing in my apartment. He also followed up to ensure it was working properly. Great place to live!

I have been living at The Linden for about 6 months now and I LOVE it. The space is GREAT! It’s quiet, peaceful and in the best location I could imagine. My favorite part about living in The Linden is the staff and cast and crew that I get to interact with. Anytime there is a problem which is not often I know I can reach out to Jaren and he is going to go above and beyond to help remedy whatever is going on. He is quick to respond and or delegate and he is also very kind and attentive. 10/10 all around. Would highly recommend moving here if you get the chance; although I won’t be going anywhere!

This is an amazing community! All of the staff are incredibly helpful, willing to work with you, and attend to your needs. They are quick to respond to concerns and questions. I’m extremely grateful for Jaren’s help throughout my leasing process with DTN Management for Arbor Glen Apartments. As an international student preparing to study abroad for the first time, I had many detailed questions and concerns about renting. Jaren responded quickly every time and patiently addressed all of my uncertainties. Moving to a new country is a big step, and I feel very lucky to have worked with someone so professional, kind, and supportive. His assistance truly made the entire process smooth and reassuring.
