I was in a process of purchasing a duplex, but found an issue with the foundation. I had no clue why and how the foundation walls were cracking. Steve(owner) and Marcus(lead construction) were recommended to me by an engineering firm. I called them on Thursday and they came out to meet me at the premise on Saturday, these guys don't take days off. I was impressed with how knowledgeable they were as they explained why the walls were cracking and what they would do to fix the issue. They guaranteed the problem will never come back.
