We had a great experience getting our PC fixed here! Dropped it off on Saturday & picked up by Monday evening. Quick, efficient, fair price, would definitely recommend them!

So happy I brought my phone in for a screen repair yesterday. I was given a loaner phone after saying I've been almost 2 weeks without a phone. Very helpful. Explained and showed me the damage caused by place that "fixed" my phone in August and took the time to figure out why my phone was saying it wasn't registered to a network (about an hour or so). They also have a 1 year warranty and even put a screen protector on for me. Wish I would have brought my phone here in August instead. Would definitely recommend. Thank you so much!!

If they had a 6th star, I'd give it to them! They were very nice and very knowledgeable! They were even able to unlock my phone even though half of the screen would not come on! Highly recommend!

I have an older IPad that wouldn’t charge up any more, I suspected the charge port was damaged, the lady behind the counted worked on it for ten or fifteen minutes and handed back to me working. She found trash in the port. Great service and there was no charge. I will be back and thank you….

After realizing I really needed expert advice quickly I went to talk with the experts at drop and fix......they were extremely knowledgeable, very patient with my lack of skills,compassionate to my situation (which to me was very very devastating). I would indeed recommend this place. I felt full trust in what they told me as well as the work they did....the lady I dealt with was so kind and helpful and extremely as mentioned before knowledgeable and patient. Actually a breath of fresh air in this day and age. Thanks so much. Great service goes a long way. Hopefully I won't need there help anytime soon but will be there for sure if I do.
