Very helpful. Prompt. They even helped me secure a ride via uber for one of my visits when I couldn’t get to their place which was super helpful! Kudos for that, it was much appreciated and unexpected. Glad to have my car back in working order. Will definitely (and have) used them for my future needs as things come up for eventual repairs. Was having issues with DEF and needed an oil change. They did oil change and looked at system. When we picked it up they said the DEF should have reset even though we still saw the error code on start up. They said it was normal and would reset itself. We stopped for fuel on the way out of town and the van went into limp mode. We called them back and they told us to fill DEF. We had already tried that and it was still full. They told us there was nothing else they could do. Feel like they don’t know about DEF issues.

I had a last minute emergency with my vehicle, called a few places in town for a diagnostic, they were the best priced & were able to see me right away. I was treated with respect and kindness from beginning to end. They were thorough and had estimates emailed to me right away and also referred an option to apply for payment plan. They were soo helpful, personal, honest & made sure by explaining in detail I understood my vehicles issues. My vehicle was done by the next afternoon. Thank you guys soo much! I really appreciate you all, You have excellent customer service, I will definitely recommend you & be going to you from now on.

What a Clean and welcoming Shop. Tyler and Rich were great to work with. they were very thorough with their processes. I feel like they were very clear on what to expect. They gave great pictures showing what they are inspecting on the vehicle and it was easy to understand what was needed and NOT needed with my car. Thank you for being so thorough and transparent.

Had them repair the washer reservoir and was told by valvoline that my oil pan needed replacement driven diagnostics told me oil pan was perfectly fine and did the oil change on my bmw x5. It’s refreshing to find honest mechanics these days great work guys.
