My go to place. They have it all; know where to find it; they will explain how to use it; and lug it out to your car. Prices are fair, and staff is top notch in customer service and product knowledge.
I manage, Sabattus Street Self Storage, & live on the property. It is right down the road from Ace; our local hardware store. Maintaining this property takes a lot of supplies, so glad Ace is right next door.
When I went in one clerk was very nice to help me out. Took me 2 mins. to get my stuff. 1/2 hr. to check out, because they didn't know how to use the Ace gift card. I had called ahead to make sure I wouldn't have any trouble, the guy trying to check me out kept telling me he hadn't had a customer use it in a year .The other clerk said she just had someone before me? Unbelievable, no apologies for keeping me there and my patience. Then banging my things in the bag as if it was my fault they can't do there job. Drillen Ace Hardware is a locally owned business with great staff filled with many needed products for your home or business. Before you head to Lowes or Home-Depot I would highly suggest starting here first before you do. Great place to shop and visit.
