I had a water pressure issue and called Drainworks for help. Brandon came out the same day. He was professional, courteous, and clearly knew his stuff. Brandon quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it the same day.The work was done efficiently and thoroughly, and Brandon was also a genuinely nice guy, which made the whole experience better. Quoted me $700 for a simple fill valve repair ($15-20) part and tried to add a “membership” to the price. $99 just for consolation - many plumbers in the area offer free diagnosis. Better off going elsewhere for more reasonable and honest prices. When I asked the tech how we got from a $15 part to $700 his answer was “that’s just how things are these days”. Disappointed and a lost customer!
Drainworks did a great job installing a drywell on my property. . Mike quickly identified the best location restricted by the massive rocks and ledge and also town regs. Lawn was graded and seeded all in one day!
