James handled most of the repair and was so kind to take the time to explain both how the system worked, and what was happening with mine in particular, while also just being so friendly and upbeat! I highly recommend Drain Wizard to anyone who needs a great plumber! Recently we had an emergency: our sewer main got clogged, the toilet overflowed and the basement was flooded with sewer water. We discovered the problem at 3 am. I called Drain Wizard and they came right away. They got rid of the clog and immediately arranged for the remediation company to drain water from our basement, remove the damaged flooring and clean everything up. Rob was wonderful to work with! We had him check our water heater, and repair a leaky old tub faucet for us. Service was professional and personable. Our faucet was repaired quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be calling Drain Wizard when our water pump heater will need to be replaced. He also gave us a lot of great advice and showed how knowledgable he is about the setups in these old houses on our side of town.

Awesome service! Great to work with and professional. We had been having issues with our pressure regulator and various other valves after moving in. Went through a couple plumbers before finding Drain Wizard Plumbing. Thanks to them it is finally fixed right and we aren’t stressed about it! Definitely going to them first in the future.
