We had another great experience with Drain Tech Company. Eli has been to our home before, and once again he exceeded expectations. We were having an issue with our main drain line in the basement leading out to our septic tank. Eli immediately diagnosed the problem and knew exactly what needed to be done. We had a slow, clogged garage sink, and also needed our sewer line checked. I called Drain Tech yesterday, and was able to get this scheduled first thing this morning! John came out right on time. He was polite, thorough, and did a great job! He explained all the details to make sure we understood what he'd be doing, and recommended some optional future services. We've had Drain Tech out to work on other drains in the past, and have always been very satisfied. I highly recommend John, and Drain Tech!
Drain Tech was amazing! It was very easy to get scheduled and they were able to get us in the very next day. Eli was great! He was very thorough and explained what he was doing well, and left our home cleaner than he had found it which was surprising and super helpful! Will 100% be calling them again and requesting Eli if we ever need it!
