Kevin and crew were very professional and knowledgeable. They worked hard to make sure everything worked properly. Kevin communicated very well and answered all our questions in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with them and we are very satisfied with the work done. We highly recommend!
I had an outstanding experience with Drain Services Inc. From the initial outreach to the assessment of my sewer issues, they are professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They diagnosed and resolved sewer line issues quickly and efficiently, saving me time, money, and a massive headache. What stood out most was the transparency — The owner explained every step of the process clearly and gave an honest estimate with no surprises. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy company for residential sewer or drain issues, this is the company to go with. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them!
DSI traveled to the Twin Cities to reline our old, cracking, root infested sewer line. Now we have peace of mind for the next 50 years!
