Luis and his team are the best of the best. They make sure everyone waiting there as their cars are being serviced are comfortable and cared for. The team does a great job at keeping you posted as issues are discovered, and they conduct their business with the utmost honesty and integrity. I trust Dragonfly, and will return again and again.
I first visited Dragonfly Automotive about three years ago for a simple oil change, and what immediately stood out was the thorough inspection they performed—something I had never experienced at any other mechanic. During that visit, they even discovered a nail in my tire. Since then, I’ve continued coming back because their service has always been exceptional. All the engine mounts failed on my Pacifica hybrid while on an epic month long road trip from Toronto, when I'm the furthest from home! Bill and his team got my Pacifica back in working order while I enjoyed the sights and tastes of San Diego. Knowing it's an engine issue I was hesitant to use an independent mechanic, but I was glad I did. They have experience with Pacifica hybrid (they had another one already in the shop) and knew exactly what to do. I highly recommend these folks for your routine maintenance if you are local to San Diego or if you are travelling and need help with your vehicle.
They were so great!! I went in for oil change. They noticed something up with my coolant topped it off. I told them it was low next day and they checked it out for free the next day to give me piece of mind. Julio was excellent and really most humanistic morale mechanics I’ve ever interacted with! Everyone in waiting room was saying the same thing. I def will be back!! Great to have a mechanic you can TRUST. They are about building relationships not just business . Thank you again guys!! Vanessa was also a gem and wealth of knowledge.
