What really stood out was that he even allowed me to stay and watch while he worked on my computer, which showed a level of transparency and confidence you don’t often see. Shaun provided professional top of the line service. Literally a cheat code to have locally in Las Vegas. I had a mess of a computer, wires everywhere, terrible cable management, & upside down parts within. He expertly took it apart, explained the whole process as he went, & gave pointers for upgrades and next steps. Going above and beyond what was asked for (Initially a PSU replacement), I didn't know all these issues were in my pc, but he fixed them, and reorganized the whole setup. If I could give more than five stars than I would. Shaun has been fantastic. I will be returning as we found the issue is most likely my motherboard. I would return regardless. I've already recommended that my friend take his old build here.
