Rob is the tech who came out as part of their "assessment/clean" service. Though he was professional, friendly, and gave good tips regarding fireplace management/safety...I can't believe this company charges $270 for this charge. It's stipulated that if the chimney does not pass inspection, no cleaning will be done. After taking a couple of photos with an ipad and a flashlight from inside our house, we received a quote of $15,000 to get the chimney repairs done/updated. Paying $270 for what was a quick look up from the ground outside, and quick snaps of inside...I can't believe they would have that type of accurate quote. The fact that they f... The fact that they feel okay charging customers that much money just to essentially not do anything to their chimney and then tell them how much more to pay...is sick. I was also supposed to receive those photos taken, and after asking Rob himself as well as Carrie, I have yet to receive anything back. Go elsewhere unless you literally want to throw your money away and still not have a functioning chimney.
