Dr Phone Repair Kiosk

I was at Dr. Phone in the Valley Mall in Hagerstown this morning and I was happy to be met by Tariq. He showed me great professionalism and expertise in dealing with cell phone issues. Within minutes he was able to identify my problem and fixed my issue of having a useless phone that wouldn't allow me to call or text. I would definitely give Tariq a 5 Star review, for both his great attitude and his ability to identify and fix my phone! If you have an issue with your phone, you should definitely go by to see him for his assistance!

This guy is amazing...my phone would not turn on for 2 days...you could tell it would power up and charge but no screen...I had already upgraded to a new phone but took the old one to see Dr Phone...within less than a minute he had my old phone turned on...i was blown away, he said it was magic! LOLOL. I was able to take my old phone back to my cell phone store and have them transfer all my data for me tot he new. This guy is a lifesaver. Please folks if you need any kind of repair or fix for your device. Don't go anywhere else...GO TO DR. PHONE!!!!...you will not be disappointed my friends

Phone fell from about 5 ft, screen was not responding. At first did not want to go to any physical shop because I was expecting a hefty repair price. Ordered a screen replacement but still decided to visit the mall and give it a shot. Got my phone repaired for free in less than a minute. GREAT SERVICE!

iPhone 13 had a cracked screen. He gave me three prices for the fix. I choose the $150 option or the cheapest, after market screen. He finished the job in 45 minutes like he said and the transaction was painless. He’s the real deal for phone repair!
