My HP printer had stopped printing due to a "paper jam". We tried to find the jam but could not. I called several places and when Miles called back I asked if he could take a look at it. He said to bring it on over. After turning it upside down and inside out he found a very tiny "instruction" booklet - somewhat hidden and lodged in the back of the printer - for a fan we had bought months ago. Unbelievable! He pulled it out and voila! We had our printer back! What I really appreciated was his taking the time on the "spur of the moment" to look at it while I was there rather than telling me to come back later. He really saved the day as I need...

Miles has been with RB Meiser Fly Rods LLC for many years. He and staff have been able to come out on short notice and fix many issues

My experience with diagnostics and repairs at Dr Networking Computer Service has been fabulous! They not only saved my computer hard drive, they spent a lot of time with me answering questions about hard drives, storage, backup, cloud and the merits of PC versus Macintosh. I think the two men I interacted with were named Sean and Miles. I would recommend them to anybody! This is the second time I have used them and both experiences have been wonderful. They are open, honest and objective and can make someone who is not a computer nerd feel right at home. They are definitely my go-to for any computer issues. Matthew McKinnon and Lisa Herrald
