I had a great experience with Downeast! After purchasing and moving into a new (to us) home in January, the fridge stopped working. Dan from Downeast came and replaced a part. Unfortunately, that did not solve the issue, but when I called back, they let me know that they guarantee their work, and Dan came back out, at no additional cost to me, and did a little more work on it. Now my fridge has been working perfectly. I'm appreciative of their commitment to fixing the issue and am so happy to have a working fridge!

Needed service on my dryer. Technician was here exactly on time as Prior promised diagnosed the problem. Ordered the part and came back to repair on time as promised and on budget. Excellent service.!!
