This company was referred to me by another parts store that did not have my part in stock. I called Downeast Appliance, they asked if i had a part number, they had it, picked it within an hour, AND "now I am cooking with gas"!! Many thanks.

Awful people to deal with. They look up the part wrong and won’t take it back even though it was their mistake! Told the on the phone and twice in person needed a 3/8’s appliance connector. Sold me a 5/8’s and won’t take it back. Just point to the no returns sign!
Excellent, prompt, friendly service. Nick went above and beyond to fix my washer and even showed me how to do it myself next time. AND he even helped me with my garbage disposal. Affordable, too! I’d given them six starts if I could.
Called about a part, the person was extremely rude. Make no attempt to even try to help figure out what i might need. Definitely would not ever do business with this company.
