They effortlessly fixed a laptop that I thought was toast, and they also managed to recover all of my data off of a portable hard drive that I had multiple recovery attempts on with no success. I got my laptop screen replaced. 2021 Macbook Pro so it was not cheap. The new screen is STELLAR, I feel like it's better than the one before. The human eye can detect very small differences in quality, and this new screen looks even better than the late '10s iMacs so I'm confident whatever he used was top notch.

This past week I walked in with no appointment with a 2015 MacBook Pro that was having some issues that I could not resolve & I did spend an entire day on the phone with 3 different "Apple Support" reps that did very basic troubleshooting over the phone. Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised that I could get my computers issue resolved the within the same evening, considering I needed it back up & running ASAP. Now, I may have came in during a lul or a gap where they were free, so I wouldn't bank on this for your situation. Very reasonable pricing & saved me from having to purchase a new computer, which I cannot afford right now.
