Purchased a Maytag washer/dryer set from lowes. After about 4 years, had some issues with the washer so called Doug's to come out and look at it. They showed up when they were scheduled and diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes. Had to order a part, and we set a return date. Showed up when they said they were going to, and fixed it with zero issues. 10/10 would recommend.

Our dishwasher had stopped filling with water. The repairman ran diagnostics and was able to determine it was a bad wire. He replaced the wire and it has been working perfectly since then (April). The price was reasonable for his excellent work and expertise, and much cheaper than buying a new dishwasher.
