James at Doubleclickittofixit is the BEST! I had a terrible experience with another "repair" company. I sent them the laptop and it took them 3 months to return it. It was never repaired even though I paid for it to be repaired. The other shop wouldn't respond to my inquiries and finally sent it back to me, only to find that the problem was not fixed. I explained the issue to James. I sent him the laptop, and he repaired it and returned it to me within a week. This was 2 years ago and it is still in use by my daughter. Excellent customer service. This was a common problem, an overheating motherboard, but apparently, there aren't many out there who have the equipment to repair it correctly. I trust him with any motherboard issues. He guarantees his work and doesn't charge if he can't repair. GREAT experience, and will be sending him another laptop tomorrow.
