I bought a battery for my late 2011 MacBook pro here. I was happy they had it in stock and I didn't have to wait to have it shipped. It came with all the tools I needed to install it myself. As a bonus it also came with a keyboard cover for my MacBook pro! Great place and great staff. Tony was a pleasure to work with.

Aces! Microsoft Word, which business compels me to use, ceased working on my MacBook Air. Nathan figured a tricksy workaround. If there is ever a class action lawsuit against Microsoft and Apple for selling mutually incompatible products advertised as compatible please let me know.

Got data recovery? This place is the best for that! They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely nice people to work with. Rebecca was amazing in keeping me updated on the status of my 2022 MacBook Pro, which suddenly stopped turning on after being charged for a day, even though it was working just fine three days prior.

On a Wednesday, I called Apple to see if they could assist me. They told me my options were to wait until Saturday at 5:40 PM for them to attempt to revive my computer. However, they also mentioned that if they couldn't get my system operating, they would need to do a complete OS reinstall, wiping my entire computer clean. This wasn’t acceptable to me since I hadn’t backed up my data in a few months.
I then reached out to Dotfoil, who specialize in data recovery, and they were able to see me that same day. I opted to pay the express fee, but it was totally worth it. The great news was that my data was successfully recovered, which was something Apple did not offer. So, thank you, Dotfoil! 🙏🤘
Unfortunately, I also learned that Apple released the MacBook Pro M1 models in 2022 knowing that they would have issues. While some computers can be saved, others cannot. Sadly, mine decided to stop powering on just after my warranty period ended. Dotfoil suggested it might be something with the firmware, but ultimately, my 16" laptop is now toast—goodbye $2,500 or more! I never thought I would say this, as I have been a fan of Apple for decades, but I’m really losing faith in the quality of their products.

Wow! We were so poorly treated here, taken advantage of and then later severely gaslit! I dont know if they are good with machines but they are terrible with people. Charged me 50$ for 5 min to tell me I had an incompatible charger, called it " a full diagnostic" they never opened the computer or checked what I asked. I was not treated like a human being at all. Over a week without laptop and work projects and no solution. When i went to pick up and share that i was frustrated and really didnt feel taken care of they had a horrible attitude and communication, making the customer wrong!
