Charles was a pleasure to work with. He was super knowledgeable when he came by to talk about my project and gave me some great options at amazing price points. The installation process was smooth and the outcome is perfect. I love our new garage and would highly recommend Doors R Us for anyone considering.
Hired Charles to replace hardware, openers, etc to get the doors in working order. Charles came in, made the recommendations. Once agreed went right to work, and didn’t stop till the job was complete. At the end he helped program the doors, explained how everything works, including lights, sensors, and backup battery. He ensured that we understood, and made sure we didn’t have any other questions. He cleaned everything up, wish all companies were this professional, clean, organized, and fast! Charles and Doors R Us are a great company if you’re in need of garage door services. I was looking to replace my old garage door with a new one. My previous door was old and damaged. Charles was quick to respond to my email and provided me a great price for the work. He showed me all of the options available and once I picked the door I liked he installed it quickly and without a fuss. Definitely will be recommending him in the future.
