Door to Door helped me out when another company cancelled my reservation with very little notice in bad weather not leaving me enough time to find alternative options. They were able to jump into action very quickly with excellent communication and get me to where I needed to go safely. I wish I had found them earlier and would highly recommend!
After spinning out in a terrible accident on I89N in Sutton, we were lucky to find Door2Door to take us and our luggage to the airport from a remote restaurant in New London to the airport to get a rental. The roads were icy and treacherous, and Matt, our driver, was the best. He cautioned us on the best way to navigate the roads and provided utmost service to get to our rental. Highly recommend them under any circumstances.
My boss has a cabin in Vermont, but an ongoing issue has been reliable transportation in the area. Uber/Lyft isn't reliable and we've tried various taxi services with no luck. We are so glad we four Door to Door. They are ON TIME, professional, and so kind. Will be using again 100%.
On 2/20 I was discharged from Dartmouth Hospital, N.H. with no way home. The hospital arranged a ride with Door To Door.That is when I met Jill, A wonderful human being who went above & beyond to get me home. Home is N. Benn., Vt. And yes, 2/20 was during the very bad snow storm. As we left N.H. & crossed into Vt. the storm became even worse, often we barely had visibility. Jill kept calm, she was amazing to hold a conversation with. The trip home usually takes 2 hours, but I got home in 2.5 hours. I think an extra half hour in that weather was pretty amazing driving. Jill drove me from Hanover to the Manchester airport, and I just want to say, I've had few public service experiences which felt that comfortable. She was remarkably friendly and even provided me her own personal charger bank when the car's port didn't work. Halfway through the drive, an alert came up saying that the tire pressure monitoring system was broken. She pulled over to check, reassured me that we would make it on time, and, after determining that the tire itself was fine, calmly got back in the car and kept driving. We made it to the airport 45 minutes earlier than projected, and it was overall just a great experience. If you need a...
