Then, I happened upon Door Doctor and, not only did they not try to sell me a whole new door, they actually repaired my system promptly and for a reasonable price. Yoni deserves special mention, as he explained everything and was very thorough.
If you have the misfortune of running into the obnoxious hard sellers, Door Doctor will be a refreshing change. Do check them out and give them a try. Norry arrived on time after calling to tell me he was on his way. He looked at the broken door spring and quickly got to work replacing it. Within 20-30 minutes, the new spring was in place and Norry explained a few maintenance tips to help keep the new spring in good working condition.
Norry was efficient, knowledgeable and polite.
I would definitely recommend and use Door Doctor again.
