Don's Stove & Chimney

Six stars! Walked into the showroom and had all my questions answered with a stove picked out. Paid for it a week later, arrived at the shop a week after that and delivered soon after. Communication was easy, professional, and a pleasure. This business just has that ma and pop vibe we all miss. Big thank you to the whole team dealing with me describing the delivery location with no address and for being up for an adventure of a delivery! We just purchased a new Vermont Castings stove from Don's Stove Shop, and are very happy with the experience. Hunter in the office took time to answer our questions and help us determine the best stove for our needs. The install crew were prompt, polite, and professional, and the job was done neatly with no issues. At the end the installer explained every detail and gave suggestions for best use of it. We talked to several vendors in the area before selecting Don's, and believe we made the best choice. Highly recommended!

We bought a beautiful Vermont Castings stove and had it installed using our home's old chimney. The folks at Don's did a great job relining the chimney and installing the stove and gave us a tutorial on how to use it. They were super professional and friendly and worked hard to get our stove installed despite some really challenging weather! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a wood burning stove or chimney work anytime!

Good experience from the start. Every person I spoke to over the phone was courteous and helpful, and the team that came to inspect our chimney was efficient and gave a simple explanation about the issues with our setup and how they can be fixed.

These guys are awesome! My ignitor went out over the holidays but these guys showed up during the messy storm and got us back up and running. I can't thank you enough
