After a burst pipe Donovan was here immediately although it was late Saturday afternoon. I got a temporary fix and was able to get my water turned back on and stay at my home. Monday they sent a crew to do a permanent fix. So grateful. Photos are temporary repair and broken pipe.
Very prompt, efficient and friendly service from Kevin and Sam. It did take a some time for someone to call me to make an appointment, but once they did, it went great. Top notch service from them both..
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I called this company for an emergency plumbing issue because they said they could come out the soonest. I cancelled other plumbers based on that. They showed up, spent about 20 minutes looking around and fiddling with the plumbing, then told me they only handle emergency calls for “regular customers” — after showing up and doing partial work. That left me with no working toilet at 5 PM on a Saturday and no time to call anyone else. If that’s their policy, they should disclose it upfront, not after wasting time and leaving me worse off than before. Completely unprofessional way to handle an emergency call.
They recently replaced a boiler in the apartment building I live in. After they shut off the heat and hot water, they replaced the boiler, and before verifying whether or not tenants had functioning heat in their apartments, declared the job complete. I have not had heat in my apartment since they reported everything was working as intended. Do not recommend.
