Don did an awesome job. We are very happy with the results. Our floors were very dark he sanded them down to their natural color and sealed them. He also patched an area by the island that was tiled and you can tell it was patched. The floors are beautiful. Don is hardworking, knowledgeable, friendly, honest and fair. We would definitely hire him again. Thank You Don 😃

He communicates clearly, charges a fair price, shows up when he says he will, gives good advice, tells you when he thinks some of your floors are fine without refinishing, pays attention to detail, works efficiently, cleans as he goes, leaves the place better than he found it, and, most importantly, does excellent, excellent work. He redid the kitchen floor and stairs of our recently purchased 150-year-old investment property (for short-term rentals) in Berkeley Springs. Particularly challenging was the kitchen floor, which had been painted over years ago with a faux brick treatment.... Don is the kind of contractor you want to do work for you. We weren’t sure if we would find permanently stained wood underneath, but fortunately, it cleaned up great. He had the whole project done in three days, which Included three coats of professional grade polyurethane. If we decide to refinish more of our hardwood floors, he is definitely the one I’ll call.
