Doctor's Lawn and Landscape recently completed a major backyard hardscaping project for us. We are very happy with our new paver patio and walkways, rerouting of gutter drains and sprinkler system, retaining wall capping (to existing retaining wall), and stonemason work redoing flagstone steps properly. Special thanks to the designer, Mitch Benjamin, and their professional crew (Fabian and Diego) that worked so hard for 4 weeks in the heat to install. This crew could problem solve when unexpected issues came up (eg, huge tree roots, misalignment of existing areas, etc) and make things work out great. I am very picky and I couldn’t recommend...Doctor's Lawn and Landscape recently completed a major backyard hardscaping project for us. Had my Christmas lights installed on my house. The installers said they checked the lights and all were great. The wife and I go out tonight and find 6 bulbs (4 cool white, 2 green) are not working…..spread out across the entire roof, not just one spot. So it looks like a smile that’s missing some teeth.
As pricey as Doctors is, I’m a tad disappointed

THEY ARE GROSSLY INCOMPETENT!
I have a 3 million dollar home for sale in the Siena subdivision in Leawood. Doctor's Lawn came the day before my scheduled open house of 10/25 and cut my sod laid irrigated yarrd after heavy rain and destroyed my yard front & back. They put very deep ruts in my manicured yard to the point it looks like I had a damn tractor pull event on my property! I called "Andy" and insisted he come out to see the damage. He showed up but denied the damage and said "it's normal" to see that in a yard. well...NO IT'S NOT! I asked him if he was okay with such damage and he gleefully said "yes". I fi...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I fired him on the spot, called my attorney, and am going to sue Doctors for repairing their malicious damage.
Furthermore, upon having the irrigation people come out the next day to "winterize" my irrigation system, the irrigation company also found several broker sprinkler heads that were both ran over by the mowing crew blades, or by the mower wheels breaking them off.
I have included pics of the damage to my yard. My realtor was astounded at the incompetence of Doctors Lawn, and the damage to my pristene yard.
