Enrique is great. He was prompt and courteous and he helped me understand the details of my AC units. He answered all of my questions and give me advice and options. Update May ‘26 - I have since canceled my regular maintenance subscription with Doctor Fix-it. I schedule regular maintenance seasonally for furnace and AC tune up, typically scheduling 3 months in advance (e.g. I schedule AC tune appointment in February for a tune up in June). Had Dr Fix It come over to solve a main drain back up thinking it just needed a drain cleaning. Fernando was here about 15 minutes ran a camera down the line and said my galvanized pipes are so rusty and old they need replacing. Needless to say a much bigger issue. Fernando didn't charge for the call even though he made the trip. I appreciated his work and information and sought a second opinion.

Fernando came to fix a clogged sewer today. He was the nicest most helpful repairman I've ever met, unfortunately he was unable to clear my sewer

Kevin is a fantastic AC conditioner repairman. He did a thorough check of my air conditioning system and outdoor condenser. He went beyond his duty by cleaning and straightening the net mesh over the condenser. Kevin is highly recommended.
