first entry: Contacted them through their website and was called within 15minutes to set up the appt. Tech was on site that day and the repair was minor/ easily handled. Price for diagnostics and repair were very fair! 3/18/25 entry- cannot figure out how to leave sep reviews, so will add on. Since first contact back in 2016, I have used Dr. Drips 20+ times for my primary house and rentals. Jance always responds quickly and has sensible options for all issues. His prices are WAY better than Lee company and Hiller. He uses a mix of automation and personal texts to communicate with me and my renters if needed. Super friendly and professional. I have used him to: install tankless hot water heater (Navien); fix leaks (pex, copper lines, sinks); fix water heaters (coil, flushes); fix toilets; replace water heaters; snake drain lines; and most recently repair a damaged sewer line (google fiber installed fiber THROUGH my sewer drain) which Google subcontractor then paid for. Dr. Drips is the best. Especially if you have rentals and need someone reliable and available to help with plumbing issues of all kinds, he's the guy to call! 7/3/25- update - had Dr Drips out to install a new kitchen faucet and separate pot filler. Our tech was very friendly and patient w our questions. Projects went well!!! 5/4/26- Jance came out to fix a gas lantern that was leaking (gas smell). He found the connection valve behind the lantern was leaking (bubble test) and replaced it same day (1 trip to the store). He confirmed he leak was fixed before he re-hung the lantern. another great experience!
