Recommend – Exceptional Service & Total Integrity I was referred to Doobie Appliance Repair by a friend, and I am so grateful for the recommendation. My refrigerator went out right before Christmas, and Doobie responded immediately on December 24th. He was completely honest, explaining that a repair would cost more than a new unit. When I bought a replacement on clearance, I realized it wouldn't fit through my doors. Despite it being Christmas Eve, Doobie came back a second time to help. If we could give a lower rating, we would. We rent, and this guy came out, said he needed to order a part, and then disappeared after taking payment from my landlord—twice—for the part. When he followed up, he was blocked. It’s been about a year, and he still hasn’t returned. Fortunately, we had someone else come last week, they already have the part, and it will be installed this week.

Prompt response to my call, showed up in the time frame scheduled, got us up and running in a timely manner. 10 out of 10 we definitely recommend.

I’m surprised by how quickly he answered and got here on a Saturday. He’s gotta go pick up a part from Gulfport on Monday and come back but I wanted to just go ahead and leave my review to help balance out the rotten and ridiculous one star he’s got. People don’t realize how badly a 1 star review can hurt a business. It’s not like not leaving a tip, for a small business it can be a lot more like a brick through the window. Anyway I called on a Saturday and he answered practically on the first ring and got here within an hour.

Excellent service!! Highly Recommend!! I was able to text him and tell him the issue with my washer and he made it out that evening to look at it. Got the parts in two days later and he was here the day after to fix everything! Will absolutely be using his services again!! Prices are extremely reasonable as well!!
