My laptop wouldn’t charge. Rodrick handled this issue so quickly and professionally. The total turnaround time was 3 hours on a Saturday. I will 100% be bringing any device I need help with in the future to him. The price was affordable and the service was fantastic. Rodrick and Ana are truly amazing people. From the first interaction i had with Ana she was so sweet and kind. Her voice was very calming and angelic which put me at ease when i dropped off my pc to the store. Rodrick is a godsend with his knowledge, he was attentive and heard all my problems out and made sure to explain everything to me thoroughly. He went above and beyond to put my stress at ease about my pc and you don't get that kind of service now adays at a lot of places. At this place trust me you get the genuine, kindness, honesty, professionalism, and knowledge. Rodrick and Ana service was beyond excellent, they welcomed me easily.
