5 stars just aren’t enough! From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient. Benny came out to measure the space, quoted us a very reasonable price, and within the week, their team was at our door EARLY, ready to rock and roll. They were so kind and made sure the wife was happy! 😆 after seeing the finished product, my jaw was on the ground! When in doubt - SUPPORT LOCAL!! You won’t regret it! Thank you Dixie Floors!
I've been wanting to write a review for a long time and finally after a year I can say that Dixie Floors did a fabulous job. I had it installed in January 2025 in my living room, kitchen and hallway. I got the luxury vinyl Shaw Floors Endura Plus Wild Dunes. I have had zero issues. I love my floors, they are beautiful. I get lots of compliments and the staff, the owner and the installers were very friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job, every seam is perfect and I couldn't be happier with my floors.

Mr. Brian & Mr Benny were both ever so helpful. Benny gave us carpet samples to take home so we could decide on color matches. Brian worked with our schedule to allow us to get the walls & baseboards painted prior to getting our new carpet. Brian & his 2 man installation crew are professional & very hardworking. They did such an AMAZING job installing our new pads, carpets, & tack strip repair. They cleaned up thoroughly & did the install in just a couple hours. Installers were very... My husband and I wanted to get rid of the carpet in the living room and Dixie Floors SHOWED OUT!!!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the results. James, on North Market in Shreveport, came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate. The team came on time and had my floor finished in a few hours. They were very professional and efficient.
