I wish I’d gone to Discount Vacuum and Appliance in Waco first! I originally bought a fridge from Home Depot, but their delivery guys wouldn’t take the doors off to fit it through the doorway — so I refused delivery and got a refund. After that, I went to Discount Vacuum and Appliance and talked with Darren. He was great to visit with and explained that he doesn’t sell or service some of the big national brands because they cause too many problems. Instead, he focuses on brands they know and trust — and they service what they sell, which really gave me confidence. I decided on a Maytag, and I’m so glad I did. Just a couple of hours later, m... Just a couple of hours later, my new fridge was delivered, the doors were removed and reattached perfectly, and my old 30-year-old Maytag was hauled away. The delivery team was friendly, efficient, and had a real “can-do” attitude. Outstanding service from start to finish — I’ll definitely be buying from them again!
