Prices are reasonable and they offer lifetime warranty’s on their products. Customer Service in my opinion is Top Tier, especially when you go to other tire shops and you can tell that they’re trying to make a sale. 100% would recommend.
The entire team was amazing, professional, very polite and attentive to my needs. Jose was first contact and very knowledgeable on the phone giving me perfect information and timeframes for service delivery. Jorge was 100% excellent customer focused and made the entire experience stress-free. He was very courteous and professional in our conversations. I had an extremely bad evening prior to coming to the store. My tire had blown out on the highway, and I was with my dogs. It was very stressful trying to get someone to help me, so when I arrived at the store the next morning it was tremendously comforting to me how professional, polite... The entire team was amazing, professional, very polite and attentive to my needs. I recently purchased new tires using Affirm and was highly impressed with the quality of the work and the excellent service I received from the Belle Tire team. The staff was professional and incredibly patient with the large number of customers, and in turn, the customers were generally patient as well. My overall experience was excellent, but I do have one piece of advice: schedule an appointment! As a walk-in, I spent about seven hours waiting, which is a very long time. While the service was worth it, I believe the staff could improve by proactively letting walk-in customers know that they will not be serviced until all scheduled appoin...
