5 star rating for Ashley and Joe at Discount Muffler in Palatine. We were broken down on the highway in Indiana due to a defective alternator. Ashley worked with her local parts supplier as well as the Indiana supplier to facilitate a no cost parts swap (under warrantee), while Joe talked us through the repair requirements so we knew what to expect from the mobile mechanic doing the roadside repairs. Not a fun experience by any means, but Ashley, Joe and Discount all “stepped up” and stayed with us every step of the way until we were back on the road. Highly Rated!
