Joe, the owner, is very nice. And he REALLY knows his stuff. I took my Dyson vacuum into him that was literally in pieces. He informed me that he could fix it if I would like him to. I was actually surprised - I was ready to get laughed at, dragging in all those pieces! After a quick once-over he diagnosed it & immediately looked up the part for me and told me how much it was. It was way more than it was worth. I'm sure he could see the disappointment on my face and he offered me $5 for the parts. Probably so I wouldn't have to struggle carrying those awkward pieces again.
