I had an outstanding experience with Dan from Dick Ray HVAC. His ability to understand my needs, address my concerns, and resolve my issues is truly unmatched. He was prompt, kind, and extremely professional from the moment he arrived. Dan performed a full furnace tune-up and went above and beyond by explaining everything he was doing and offering helpful advice on how to keep my system running at peak performance. It’s rare to find a technician this knowledgeable and this committed to making sure the customer is taken care of. I couldn’t recommend Dan more highly. Request him if you are able to do so!

I couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received today. Our service technician Dornell was early and went directly to work diagnosing what we asked of him. We had been having concerns over our humidifier and the proper way it should be operating considering the frequent changes in our Kansas weather. He was very patient in answer our questions and thoroughly checked out the existing equipment, showing us how it needed to operate at the various temperature changes and making recommendations as to how it could become more efficient. Never once did he give us the oversell and attempt to try and push a lot of unnecessary products on... I couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received today. Other companies could take a lesson in they way he projected himself and conducted his business. I will certainly use them in the future as the need arises.
Kyle did a great job fixing the hose for my ice maker on my refrigerator and removing a saddle valve that had corroded. He discovered the hose I bought at Lowes was defective and that is why the water was leaking. He also added a shut off valve upstairs so I dont have to run up and down the stairs each time to turn on the water. He is extremely nice and very professional! I signed up with their monthly service agreement with them also!
